The video tells that OsloMet offers various types of courses for employees in innovation processes and OsloMet's support system for innovation.

The video shows MSCA postdoctoral fellow Mohamed El Amine Ben Seghier at the Department of Building and Energy Technology participating in a full-day course. Amine is taking this course to learn about innovation and how he can take his research out into society and create value also outside academia.

The course Amine is participating in is a collaboration between the central innovation group in the Department of R&D and the Business School at the Faculty of Social Sciences.
